Each session includes:
30 minute session (can be extended @ $50 / hour)
At my home studio, or your preferred location (within 15 miles of Rochester)
Unlimited outfit changes within purchased session time
Session can include more than one person (additional @ $50 / person)
Professional posing guidance throughout the session
Online proof gallery available after session
2 fully retouched digital images provided per person
Additional fully retouched digital images @ $45 each
Full gallery of retouched images (5-10 images per person) @ $125 / person
Event photography — $500
Each session includes:
Up to 2 hours on-site at event (can be extended @ $50 / hour)
At event venue (within 15 miles of Rochester)
Client provides list of any target shots / moments to capture (if applicable)
Online proof gallery available after event
Fully retouched digital images will be provided @ $45 each
Full gallery of retouched images (typically 20 - 30 images) @ $400

Booking and Payment

I will communicate with you to confirm the session date, time and location
I will send you an email with the details for your selected session
Session fee must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before session
Session Policies
Client responsible for arriving on time.
Session time may be shortened if client arrives late.
Sessions are not refunded or repeated due to uncooperative subjects.
Image Delivery
Link to your Proof Gallery will be provided in about 7 days.
Final retouched images will be delivered within 7-10 days after selection.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery of any printed products.
Rush editing available for additional fee.
Editing & Retouching
Standard editing & retouching includes:
- Color correction
- Exposure adjustment
- Basic skin cleanup
Advanced retouching available at $20 per image.
Usage & Copyright
Joe Gazzarato Photography retains full copyright to all images.
Clients receive:
- Personal-use print release
- Permission for social media sharing
Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
Model Release
Booking any session with me constitutes your acceptance of the Model Release Agreement shown below. A signed copy of this agreement is required before the session. Please print it, fill-in the required information, sign it, and bring it to your session.
Model Release Agreement
I, the undersigned, grant Joe Gazzarato Photography and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to:
- Photograph me and/or my minor child
- Use and publish images for portfolio, studio samples, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes
- Alter the images without restriction
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.
I release Joe Gazzarato Photography from any claims, liability, or damages arising from use of the images.
Minor Release (required if under 18)
I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below and have the legal authority to execute this release.
